This building is the characteristic southern anchor point in the master plan. It lies approx. 50 metres south of the historic warehouse, adjacent to the green area south of the warehouse. The building is located close to the central square of the harbour area, and the unique environment south of the Christian X bridge, along Sdr. Havnegade.
The building has five floors, and total floor space of 1,600 square metres. The plan is for the building to be subdivided into condominiums for residences.
An agreement has been established with an investor, who has drawn up a project for the building. Construction is planned to commence in 2011.
