Recreation area

Concentrating construction in the southern area will make it possible to create attractive lower density office buildings and residences in the northern area. The northern land area is approx. 26,000 square metres in size, and the plan is to construct buildings with 16,000 square metres of floor space.

The buildings will be situated in a large, open green area. Footpaths and bicycle tracks will wind through the landscape, and there will be good recreational facilities. The promenade along Alssund binds the area together, and connects the recreational area to the areas to the north and south.
