Office building C is located north of Kongebroen in a park-like area with lower density development, close to the water's edge and not far from the central urban square, with all its activities.

Office building C will serve as a business park for small and medium-sized knowledge-based companies which supply high-level business services within their respective business areas, and which have a number of common interfaces, without being in competition with each other.

The building has approx. 3,600 square metres of floor space on six floors, and can house approx 180 employees. Construction is planned to commence in the second half of 2011, so commissioning can take place in mid 2012. A brief description of the building can be downloaded here.
